Hook Switch Cables
- For many Avaya, Cisco, Polycom, and Alcatel phones, you can purchase an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) Cable that allows you to answer / end calls by pressing the button on the headset. This is extremely helpful when you are multitasking away from your desk. Alternatively you can use a handset lifter.
