Opening Up America Again: Keeping Employees Safe in the Workplace

The White House has released Guidelines for Opening Up America Again. This is a three-phased approach to help state and local officials reopen their economies, get people back to work, and protect American lives.
Employers must follow specific Federal, State, and local regulations in order to provide a safe environment for their employees.
Some of which may include:
- Social distancing
- Providing protective equipment
- Temperature checks
- Proper sanitization measures
