Earlier this year we covered a story about the federal
Mobile Telephone Law that prohibits commercial interstate truck drivers from holding a Push-To-Talk (PTT) phone while driving. California also passed a law this year requiring the use of a hands-free device when using a PTT phone while driving. We expect more states to pass similar laws in the coming months.
