Special Order Terms
Our goal in fulfilling Special Orders is to make your purchasing more convenient.  The resources required to locate special products, ship them to our warehouse, and process the order can be very costly so please understand that we cannot offer the same warranty and return process as our normal products.

• Please allows 5 business days for shipment
• We can exchange defects within 3 days of receipt
• All warranty exchanges after 3 days must be done with the manufacturer directly
• We cannot accept returns for credit at any time
